Supervisor’s report:
At last year’s meeting there was a request for Buck Drain to be cleaned and 1½ miles of it were cleaned this past year.
Traffic on M-52 was a problem so there were 2 traffic study surveys, one on the condition and one on the traffic of the road.
Some spraying was done on Delaney Rd. to help curb the tree growth along the road.
The septage ordinance was adopted due to the concerns of septage being applied on some neighboring farms.

Salaries: S. Michalek felt that because the Supervisor, Clerk, & Treasurer work the same hours and the Supervisor is in charge of drains and roads the salaries should be closer to the same amount.  The Clerk & Treasurer make the same salary and the Supervisor is quite a bit lower.
B. Michalek moved, second by M. Grinnell to raise the Clerk’s salary by 6%.  17 yes, 6 no.  Carried

M. Bashore asked how long the DDA has in existence and it is 3 ½ years.
