The 2009-2010 balanced budget of $519,035 was presented.
It was noted that we plan to do some expanding of the cemetery this next summer. The pole barn is completed and the Hinkley school has been sided and both look really nice.
The township is asking the voters to establish a special assessment district for ambulance service on the May ballot.

The end of year transfer is going to be $20-25,000 in surplus. It was tabled to see what to do with it after the May election. Some suggestions were to pay another $10 in ambulance fees or put it in the road fund.
