Parmalee moved, second by Hammand to approve the agenda with the addition of a Bid for Braden Road Bridge repair. Carried.
Grinnell moved, second by Parmalee to approve the minutes of June 3 with the correction that the Fertilizer Dealer Supply Co. be approved for the granting of a 50% Facilities Exemption Certificate. Carried.
Shiawassee County Neighborhood Watch Alert E-mail: Reported Perry Township to have 2 Larcenies.
SSESA: Reported Perry Township with a total of 27 calls for both fire and ambulance runs for May.
DDA: The State won’t approve closures for Talbot property at this time. The DDA will pay for the Bennet Dr. lights.
Zoning: 1 building permit granted for the Fertilizer Dealer Supply Expansion Project.
Michalek moved, second by Hammond to approve the financial statement and pay all bills. Carried. Roll Call with all ayes.
It was noted that Revenue Sharing is down $6,500.00 this fiscal year.
Correspondence received: Balance Sheet from the Road Commission; The McCrea Inter-county Drain meeting had 26 in attendance; M. McAvoy reports due to low zoning usage, P. Preston will work under contract at an hourly rate vs. salary.
Cemetery Expansion Plan: Tabled until the Aug. meeting.
Recreation Plan Update: Hammond contacted C. Tobias with the City of Perry Recreation Dept. She will attend the Aug. city meeting to inquire about their interest in participating in the Recreation Plan. The Village of Morrice was contacted by voicemail with no response. Michalek contacted J. Spicko, Superintendent of Perry Public Schools and Morrice Schools both showed and interest in being involved in the planning process of the Recreation Plan Project. Kevin Feuka from the C2AE provided a project draft. There will be public workshops available to aid in the planning process of this project.
Insurance Bids from Trident and Bunting & Co. Inc. to be reviewed.

July Board of Review will meet on Tuesday July 21, 2009 at the Perry Township Planning commission Room at 8:00 a.m. The Board will address only qualified errors of property owners, and any other correction on Perry Township Tax Rolls. There will be no public hearings at this meeting.
Braden Road Bridge Repair Bid: Information not received.
Cemetery Graves to be sold back by Delmas Moldenhauer Cooper Section, Lot 140, graves 5 & 6 at the price of $25.00 per grave. Michalek moved, second by Parmalee. Carried. Roll Call all ayes.
Note to check with D. Munro to see if they are able to mulch while cutting the grass in hopes to eliminate clippings being thrown on the gravestones.
