THE POLLS WILL OPEN AT 7 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING AND CLOSE AT 8 O’CLOCK IN THE EVENING.
Arrangements for obtaining “Absent Voter Ballots” and voting instructions in an alternative format (audio and Braille) can be made by contacting your local Township Clerk in advance of the election. The voting location is handicap accessible.
EARLY IN-PERSON VOTING – Early voting is an opportunity available to every voter in Shiawassee County. Early voting sites will be open for 9 consecutive days prior to each state and/or federal election. Shiawassee County has two (2) Early Voting Sites:
SITE 1: Shiawassee County – (hosting ALL jurisdictions in county EXCEPT the City of Owosso)

PERSONS ENTITLED to be registered voters in theTownship must possess the following qualifications on or before the day of the Presidential Primary Election: (1) a citizen of the United States; (2) not less than 18 years of age; (3) a resident of the State of Michigan and the local municipality for not less than 30 days (MCL 168.492).
