They review zoning, sight plan and building requests that are submitted to Shiawassee County Community Development. All permitting, planning and zoning is done by the Shiawassee County Community Development.

Planning Commission Annual Reports
The Planning Commission is responsible for developing a comprehensive master plan that provides the policy framework for physical development and land use in Perry Township for the next five years.
